- If you would like to return an item purchased via our website, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return.
- We offer full refunds on orders if you're not happy with your purchase provided they meet the below criteria.
- Our item(s) must be returned to HQ within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
- All Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging. Please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
- Full priced item(s) only (we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale or discounted promotional items).
- Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.
- Gypsy 108 cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
- Once the items have been received, we will either exchange your item or issue a refund.
- If you wish to make an exchange and the stock is not available a store credit will be offered as an alternative or a full refund.
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be sent back to the sender.
- We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
- You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
- Domestic returns by regular post can take up to 7 days, while express post can take up to 3 days.
- We work hard to ensure all of our garments are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email email@example.com

Shipping within Australia
- FREE Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $100.
- $10.00 Express Shipping on all other Australian orders.
- All purchases will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Gypsy 108 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.
- Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

- Gypsy 108 provides international shipping to most countries using DHL eCommerce. Check for availability at checkout.
- Customers should expect orders to arrive between 5 and 10 business days, depending on location.
- We charge a flat fee of $30 AUD for all international orders.
- Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties depending on your country. Gypsy 108 does not take any responsibility for customs delays, taxes and duties fees.
